News of the Weird Runner Up: Man Drives with Sign Lodged in his Head

Talk about a headache! There is nothing like wanting to get somewhere and being pulled over on the way. Of course, having a traffic sign sticking out of your head could be a bigger annoyance.

At least it was for Leslie Richard Newton from Florida. He was driving his grey t-top Camaro and struck a traffic sign. The sign broke and the 63 year old kept on driving. Until he was stopped by police for driving with a sign impaling his head. He apparently didn't realize he had a problem.He was taken to the hospital and is fine.

Yes, alcohol was a factor. I wonder how much restraint it took for the officer who pulled him over not to say 'What was going through your head?"
