My Journey into Grandparenthood

This past week my wife and I received an incredible gift, we became grandparents to a beautiful baby girl. My wife was in the delivery room and I was just outside the privacy curtain but could hear everything.

Although I could never relate to the feelings of childbirth, hearing that baby cry for the first time while a mother’s screams of pain turn to the happiest moment in her life is nothing short of a miracle.

Whoever said a baby changes everything must have been a parent or in our case grandparents. Alice has changed our lives forever.
