A Cortland County man is accused of speeding through two counties, dumping his motorcycle and trying to outrun authorities on foot.

Oliver is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, criminal possession of a controlled substance, 2 counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, reckless driving, failure to keep right, speeding, failing to stop for a stop sign and uninspected vehicle.

He was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $1,000 bail.
