James Hetfield has a copy of the new deluxe reissue of Metallica's classic Kill 'Em All album, and you don't — but at least he's willing to let you watch him open the box.

Fans who pre-ordered the freshly expanded Kill 'Em All — and/or the similarly updated Ride the Lightning, both of which are due April 15 — get their first glimpse of the Kill 'Em All contents courtesy of the below video, which was posted to the band's official Facebook page.

As previously reported, the group scoured its own archives and conducted an extensive worldwide search among the fan community in an effort to dig up the most comprehensive collection of previously unreleased material for the sets. "It’s gonna cost us this much more, and we might have to charge a little more, but who cares, it’s gonna be cooler! No one’s done this," promised Hetfield. "There’s stuff in there that no one’s heard. Cassettes, interviews, things that haven’t ever been unearthed, ever."
