We all share the frustration of this miserable winter, with its mountains of snow and bitter cold temperatures, and one city in New Hampshire is taking action against the fat little rodent who is leaving us out in the cold.

The local Merrimack authorities have issues a warrant for Phil amid complaints that the little rat-fink was camped out in a nice warm hole somewhere, while the rest of us freeze our not so furry butts off.

The warrant is a light heated approach to alleviate the frustration of an extremely crappy winter..
