A 21-year-old Binghamton man is accused of crawling through a doggie door at an occupied home in the Town of Colesville September 24.

The woman in the Depot Street, Sanataria Springs house woke up finding someone had gotten in and had stolen two to three thousand dollars worth of power tools, saws, and other equipment.

Jason Bronson, who was acquainted with the woman, was found by Broome County Sheriff’s officials and admitted taking the items.

He directed Deputies to a garage around the corner on Hancock Road and most of the stolen tools were found in the attic of the garage.

Bronson is charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor petit larceny.  He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
