The new year brings new resolve.
I WILL LOSE MY UNWANTED WEIGHT! I WILL DO IT NO MATTER WHAT!

I am dedicated the next several months to Me, Myself and I. I will at least walk 30-minutes a day. I will keep a daily diary of foods I eat!

I have a problem with stretching myself too thin. I am everywhere, all the time. I do not take time for myself.

THAT ENDS TODAY!
And the only person I have to prove that to, is myself. And to those who have joined Big Wally's Loser Club.
So here I ask, for your low fat, low calorie recipes. I will also make available each day the food that I eat, (at www.myfitnesspal.com)  You can join me in my quest to get healthy, fit and thinner. My goal is 15 pounds lost by February 7th.
