The answer to that headline should be obvious, but is it?

I have two lawns to mow. One at home, and the other at the campground where I have a seasonal site. At home, I have no left or right side lawn since the buildings next to me are so close, and one side is separated only by a driveway. The front area is built up on an angle and just needs weed-whacking every so often. My backyard is basically a rock garden. My Greyhounds and several trees have done a good job making sure grass grows at minimum. It's such a quick job, I use a motor-less lawn mower.

However, at the campground, this year I moved to a different site, one that I had been hoping to get for a few years now. There is a lot more lawn than my previous site. This realization came to light the first time I mowed (by the way - I use a push mower, not a rider.) Even my neighbors commented that I spend most of my time mowing rather than relaxing. But odd as it may seem, I enjoy the time cutting the grass on my site. Not only am I viewing beautiful countryside in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania during the job, it's a stress reliever, and I know there's a cold beverage or two waiting for me when it's all done.

The big payoff for me though, is looking over a freshly mowed lawn. It may sound crazy, but it's an awesome site, at least for the moment, because a week later when I return to the campground, it will be time to mow all over again.
