So you’ve watched the College Basketball Tournament and tonight’s the championship game between Gonzaga and North Carolina. But the game doesn’t start until 9:20 which means it will likely end after midnight. With all the time outs and the possibility of overtime or double overtime it could be pushing 1am by the time someone starts cutting down the nets. So do I take a nap and try and stay up or do I just say screw it and go to bed at my normal time?

I get the fact that they want primetime TV. I understand that at tip off it will be 6:20 on the west coast. But why can’t they have the game on Sunday night and push the qualifying games to either Friday night or Saturday? I think that would make more sense being that more people could watch it. Is it just me or do you feel the same way? I mean even if they start the game at 8:30 instead of 9:20, the game should be over by mid-night and the people out west would just have to hurry home or to a bar to watch it.

This is just one of the many things that I would change if I was king of the world.

I guess I’m just going to be useless as I sleepwalk through work tomorrow. I’m sure I won’t be the only one.
