Debris on roads from downpours May 18-19 has continued to be an issue for motorists and public works crews had to remove rocks and debris from roadway.

Early May 19, Glenwood between Clinton Street and Main Street was blocked off as water continued to stand under the railroad bridge.

Emma Street also had been blocked off due to debris as well as part of the Brandywine, which was reopened by about 4 a.m.

Landslides were reported in Johnson City in the areas of the Oakdale Mall and Deyo Hill Road and some buildings had flooded basements at the height of the storm.

NYSEG reported no wide-spread power issues even though the storm brought down some tree limbs.

Some small trees were seen lying along Pennsylvania Avenue in the Town of Binghamton.

There were no reports of injuries.
