Lancelot Link Secret Chimp – Throwback Thursday [WATCH]

Once again, I'm throwing back to Saturday morning cartoons with a show that originally aired in the early 1970's, and featured real chimpanzee's speaking through overdubbed human voices.

This wacky show starred a secret agent named Lancelot Link, his sidekick Mata Hairi, and the organization they worked for A.P.E, the Agency to Prevent Evil.

The show was created by the writers of the TV show 'Get Smart', and had a lot of the goofy one liners and comical schick. This included an evil organization called Criminal Headquarters for the Underworlds Master Plan aka C.H.U.M.P.
