It’s Time For A Roller Coaster Ride Of A Different Kind [VIDEO]

It's Tuesday. The weekend is a long way off, and we all need some excitement.

Yea, you can drown your early work week blues in a margarita since it's Cinco De Mayo, but I'm talking about a real thrill, even though it's a virtual one, in the form of a roller coaster. I have a fascination with those twisted tracks of steel filled with steep highs and gut-wrenching lows, bumps and flips, and crazy speeds. Even if you can't be on an actual roller-coaster at the moment, this POV video of a rockin' coaster still can give you a hell of a rush. I

Recently, I found one at Skyplex in Orlando, Florida that's not even built yet. It's due to begin construction this year and be completed in 2017. This roller coaster is quite different from the norm. It's called 'Skyscraper' and is not really a roller coaster. It's called a Polercoaster with the track wrapped around a tower that features an observation deck. At just over 500 feet in height, that will make this coaster the tallest in the world. Speeds will top out at 65 miles per hour.
