Researchers at the Dana-Farber Cancer Insitute, among others, have found that people who snack on nuts, no matter what they are, are 20 percent less likely to die from any cause, and that's celebration for nuts! The study reports that persons who eat nuts regularly, tend to be thinner than those who don't.

I love snacking on most kinds of nuts, except almonds. They just don't taste good to me. My favorite are cashews. My only issue with nuts, is the fact that they are so damn expensive! It certainly is not cheap to eat healthy!
