It’s National One Hit Wonder Day

Today is National One-hit Wonder Day (September 25th.)
A guy named Steve Rosen came up with this day in 1990.
It’s to honor those bands and musical artists who made it big on the charts with, well, one hit.
And then, they kind of faded away.
There are many artists who fit that mold, but as least they can brag that they were once famous, even if for just a short time.
Although, some still found moderate success, even if their follow up tunes didn’t fare so well.

So what’s your favorite one hit wonder?
Is is a rock artist, or maybe someone from the pop or country genre?
Let us know!
