It’s a 5K Unlike Any Other

99.1 The Whale's Insane Inflatable 5k. It's not your typical 5k run/walk.

You've heard us talk about this awesome even for quite a time now. It's because we want you to join us for a fun day, and if you do, you will see why this 5k is so different.

A typical 5k run/walk is done on a straight forward course. It begins at a certain time for everyone who participates. Nothing wrong with that. We help promote many 5k runs each year.

For the Insane Inflatable 5k run/walk, we get to change up things by adding some fun and crazy elements. First, all participants don't take off at the same time. Start times are staggered for what we call 'Waves' from 8:45am to around 12 Noon (times approximate) and you get to choose the Wave time to start your adventure!

99.1 The Whale and our sister Binghamton radio station personalities are there to get you pumped up during each Wave. We tested this out in Syracuse last year and found it to be so much fun, that we committed ourselves to put on the Insane Inflatable here. We needed to find a large enough place to hold it, and that's why we are setting up at the Tri-Cities Airport in Endicott. Lots of room there for 11 very large inflatables!
