Fall is here. It's time for sweaters, colorful leaves, apple cider, and pumpkin flavored everything.

For people that enjoy sports, fall is an awesome time of the year for other reasons. This weekend alone there was high school football, college football, NFL football, not to mention the first weekend of the NHL season and Major League Baseball Playoffs are underway as well.

NFL action this weekend did not disappoint. There were a lot of close games with a couple of games going into overtime again. The Bills won as time expired, the Jets ran away with their game, and the Giants lost in a heartbreaker as the Panthers kicked a 63-yard field goal as the game ended.

This weekend saw the Cleveland Browns win their second game of the season. How many years has it been since Cleveland won two games in one year?

One of the biggest rivalries in sports is taking place in Major League Baseball as the Yankees and Red Sox are tied at one game apiece in the best-of-five series. Game 3 of that series is tonight.

And hats off to the Binghamton Devils who beat the defending Calder Cup Champion Toronto Marlies in their home opener at the Floyd L Maine's Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday night.

Yes, fall is an awesome time for sports fans and I'm enjoying every minute of it so far.
