Incumbent Mayor Greg Deemie Confirmed in Republican Primary
Incumbent Johnson City Mayor Greg Deemie is the Republican’s choice for another term heading the Village.
The count of absentee ballots gives Deemie a 12 vote lead over fellow Republican Richard Balles while Martin Meaney finished third in the primary.
Deemie faces Democrat Andrew Holbert in the November general election.
