Let's face it, work is stressful for most of us.
Especially the first three days of the week, but the other two can be just as bad, although you are closer to the weekend, unless of course you work on the weekends.
Buzzfeed.com has some nifty ideas to curb that stress, although some of these ideas could get into into hot water with the boss, and I'm not condoning any of them, so you can't pin the blame on me.
