From May to November, it's a no-brainer for me on what I'm doing on the weekend. If you know me, you know I'll be at the campground.

There's so much open space, campfires, beer and people who you don't see during the week. No disrespect to people I see at work and in my neighborhood, it's just refreshing to hang with people who also spend time at the campground. They hail from towns and cities in Western NY and Northeastern PA.

Unfortunately from November 1st through April 30th, my weekends are spent at home, and it presents a challenge for me. First of all, the beer doesn't taste the same in my living room as it does around a campfire. Space is limited, and instead of projects around my camper to do (which is fun in my book), I have chores to do.

I suppose neglecting the house for six months can have a slight effect on the chore list. Who knew I had such a large amount of laundry to catch up on. The sink is full of dirty dishes. Gotta take care of that. And I found the vacuum cleaner tucked away in a corner of the house, covered in dust. Oops.

Yea, this chore thing on the weekends is gonna suck. Only five and a half months to camping season. I wonder how much it would cost to hire a cleaning service?
