How Do You Catch a Leprechaun: Are You Smarter Than a First Grader

This past St Patrick’s Day, while many of us came to work with a little green in our apparel and some after hours plans that might include a few pints and some ham and cabbage, the kids in Mr Gilligan’s 1st grade art class at St Johns were busy displaying their Leprechaun traps.

The traps were made from recycled materials to show that objects can have many uses within art and to tie in with their curriculum since they just learned about recycling in both Mrs. Vaverchak and Mrs. Pencek’s first grade classes.. I always thought a bowl of lucky charms would do the trick.
