Holiday Drinks Keep Colds at Bay
There's nothing like flipping open a magazine and getting good news about alcohol. Thanks to Woman's World, we know that a few drinks a week can cut your risk of catching a cold by 60 percent. 60 percent!
This calls for a drink! How about a holiday beverage? Here are a few traditional favorites that will help ward away the cold virus.
Oh, by the way, this means Mom was right when she gave us whiskey or brandy, or whatever alcohol it was.

Eggnog
This is the most well known drink at Christmas. No one knows exactly where it comae from, but variations have been used for hundreds of years.
