Help Broome County Sheriff Find Paul Terwillger

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division is asking for your help seeking the public’s help in locating Paul Terwilliger, a 54 year old white male. He stands 5ft 6in tall and weighs 150lbs. He has brown hair, is balding and has blue eyes. Terwilliger was arrested on April 29, 2013 for the offense of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child a felony. Terwilliger was accused of engaging over an extended period of time in sexual intercourse with a child less than 11 years of age.
