This Saturday at 4:30 at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena, The annual Heart Cup game will take place between the Binghamton Police Department and the Binghamton Fire Department. Over the years I have been a guest bench coach for the Binghamton Police Department.

The police and firemen battle it out for bragging rights as they help raise money for a great cause. All the money raised benefits the American Heart Association. We all know someone who has suffered from heart disease or a heart attack, and the more money raised for research, the more lives can be saved. It's a fun game to watch and your ticket to the Heart Cup game also includes admission the Binghamton Devils game that night as they host Rochester. You can get tickets by calling the Devil's office and mentioning the Heart Cup Game. The American Heart Association gets $2 from every ticket sold if you mention the Heart Association or the Heart Cup game.

The American Heart Association will also be out on the concourse during both games selling their 50/50 tickets, and they always have awesome raffle prizes that you can win. I will see you there.

The pictures below are from one of the heart Cup games years ago when the Binghamton fire and police teamed up to take on the Wilkes-Barre Scranton fire and police.
