Would it be wrong to say I enjoy hard cider more than beer? I don't think so.

Hard cider will be a big feature at this year's Binghamton HarvestFest, and I am looking forward to it. Hard cider is described as being made from the fermented juice of apples. You can use the juice of most any type of apple to make it.

Fermentation of cider occurs between 40 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Ciders can taste sweet, dry or anywhere in between. I have found many that I really like and a few that I didn't care for at all. I prefer sweet rather than dry hard cider.

If you are interested in sampling many different type of hard cider, then we've got you covered with our Binghamton HarvestFest. Plenty of hard cider, beer, food and live music will be  a part of the fun, and we will be there enjoying the day right along with you.
