42 years ago, we were blessed with one of the best albums on the Earth and the Moon!

It was March of 1973 that Pink Floyd dropped The Dark Side Of The Moon in record stores. Did they have any idea how well received that LP would be? Here's a couple results - 741 weeks on the US album charts before slipping below the Top 200, which is longer than any LP to this date, and approximately 50 million copies sold.

I say approximately, because people are still buying the album, or should I say buying a 'downloaded' version of the album?

The Dark Side Of The Moon was Pink Floyd's 8th and most successful album. From a show in 2006 at the Royal Albert Hall, enjoy some Time.
