Greater Binghamton History; The Castle

You ever see that big white building known as 'The Castle,' high atop a hill on Binghamton's east side? I used to work in and around that building, known as 'The Castle.'

It's at the end of Robinson St, and was home to the Binghamton Psychiatric Center. Also known as Binghamton State Hospital back in the day. This building used to be called 'The Main Building,' mainly because it was the first one on the hill, and it was that building that all others were planned and built around.
