The word 'Boss' sometimes strikes fear in an employee. It just sounds like something evil, right?

Now to be fair, not all 'Bosses' are evil, mean, walking, talking Terminator machines. I've worked for many who are downright human, compassionate and fair. I'm a 'Boss' but I like to think that I'm fair to my staff. I'm certainly not right all of the time, and when I am wrong or make a mistake, my staff loves to point it out. It's my living hell, but whatever.

My question is, how would you rate your boss? I've heard that over 60 percent of workers in the U.S.A. would give their boss an A or B. Around 15 or 20 percent would slap a D or F on their bosses ranking.

Do you have a CEO or president of your company? If so, and you had the opportunity to talk to that person, what would you say? Maybe "I love the company", "This job sucks", "You are the Devil", "I need more money", "You don't know how to run the ship." Probably the best course of action is to be polite and keep your thoughts to yourself, if it's nothing good to say. Just some good (or bad) advice, I guess!
