The New York Giants will play their final preseason game on Thursday against the world champion Patriots.

Last Saturday, Big Blue faced their inner city rivals the New York Jets and showed they still have more work to do. The boys fell to the Jets, 28-18, in their third preseason matchup.

Odell Beckham Jr. had 5 catches for 31 yards, but the Giants got burned on an Eli Manning interception to Antonio Cromartie for a touch down and a Jets punt return for a touch down.

The Giants defense gets a D for allowing yards after the catch, and getting burned in the secondary once again.

The first string offense managed to put together a good drive in the first half, but penalties and that interception run back for a TD nullified the drive. The Giants O gets a C minus in my book.

The team still looks flat to me though. If you're a Giant fan, I think we're going to be off to a slow start.

The only saving grace would probably be if our opponents are not quite into game shape, and we could grab a few wins while the team continues to improve.

The Giants will travel to Foxboro to take on Tom Brady and the defensing Super Bowl champion New England Patriots for a Thursday night match up.
