Hockey and Basketball have crowned their champions, so let's set our sites on the upcoming NFL season and talk about the New York Football Giants.

One of the biggest pitfalls of last season for the Giants was their offensive line.

Five guys who had never really played together, including rookie Ereck Flowers and second year guard Justin Pugh, Big Blue is putting together and young strong line to help the running and passing game, so look for a better performance from this group this season.

There will be some new faces on the squad this year that includes rookie CB Eli Apple who is turning heads at practice, this kid could have an immediate impact on the Giants defensive secondary, along with rookie safety Darian Thompson

The Giants are looking at rookie RB Paul Perkins who could help the running game, along with Rasheed Jennings and Shane Vereen.

Odell Beckham Jr will be ready and Victor Cruz looks to return and has been active at practice sessions.

Only one tight end from last year returns is that is Larry Donnell, but I'm sure the Giants are looking at a few other possibilities to help with that position.

JPP returns on the defensive end along with some free agency moves and the secondary improvements, we hope to see a better defensive in the coming year

Eli Manning will be the man calling the plays, entering his 13th year, the two time Superbowl MVP will be ready and I am excited about this year.

The Preseason begins on August 12th when the Giants will host the Dolphins at Met Life Stadium.
