Alice Cooper, Motley Crue Get Their Own Funko Pop! Figures
Cooper will actually get two figures this May - one that finds him decked out in a white top hat and tails, and another (exclusive to Hot Topic stores) with everyone's favorite shock rocker safely tied up in a straitjacket.
The Crue, meanwhile, will be decked out in their best studs and leather for their May Funko Pop! debut, recreating their early '80s Shout at the Devil attire. As you can see in the gallery below, Cooper and Motley Crue will be joining a growing list of rock stars who have been immortalized with their own vinyl figures, including Kiss, the Beatles, Guns N' Roses and many more.
Coincidentally, Cooper opened for Motley Crue on their 2014-2015 farewell tour. He recently revealed that the Hollywood Vampires, the supergroup he shares with Aerosmith's Joe Perry and actor Johnny Depp, is currently writing for their second studio album which unlike their covers-heavy debut is slated to feature only original songs.
"Everybody is writing right now," Cooper told Billboard. "We probably won't get into the album until the summer, and then it'll go quickly because we've all got a lot of songs. Johnny did five movies last year so he could free himself up for this, and the band's really anxious to get together."
