Fun Facts That Make You Say ‘WTH?’

Our newest edition has odd laws and activities in it. Number 4, as always, is a hoot!

1.  There is a place called the Time Travel Mart in Los Angeles that sells dinosaur eggs, barbarian repellent and other oddities. The profits go towards a tutoring program for kids.

2.  There's a strong statistical connection between how much chocolate a country eats, and the number of Nobel Prize winners they have.

3.  The core of the Earth is hotter than the surface of the sun.

4.  In Washington D.C. the only sexual position that's legal is the missionary-style position. That's because Congress wants to do most of the screwing!

5. This is mind blowing. One third of the Earth's population has never made a phone call.

6. There are 2 towns in France that have laws that state it's illegal to die.

7. It is fact that closing your eyes makes remembering more details possible.

8. How did mall "perfume attackers" come to be? They were placed there to spritz people entering the store so the smell of horse manure and car exhaust would be diminished.

9. The members of the Beatles were once approached about starring in a Lord of the Rings movie. J.R.R. Tolkien stopped the project from happening.  Paul would've been Frodo.

10. Astronauts from the Apollo missions left "souvenirs" of their trip to the moon behind. 96 bags of pee, poop and vomit. They had to take something off so they could bring core samples of the moon back to earth!
