I am a geek when it comes to trivial slices of info that are mostly useless. They entertain me and I look smart when I spit them out. Now you can too!

Here are some oddities I've compiled for your use:

1. You'll almost never see a UPS truck make a left turn. Left turns are inefficient and time wasting, so routes are made up of as many right hand turns as possible.

2. It's rare, but slipped disc injuries can lead to persistent genital Arousal Syndrome where the poor person has at least 1oo orgasms a day. No, it is not as fun as you think!

3. Raccoons may eat garbage, but they have a habit of washing their food before eating it. Go figure!

4. the first drinking straw was invented with an opening slightly smaller than the average lemon seed. Why? because the inventor was sick and tired of swallowing the darn things.

5. There is a fork/knife hybrid called the knork. Take that spork!

6. In a certain Chinese city, cell phone addicts have their own lane on the sidewalk.

7. As she was walking up to the guillotine to be beheaded, Marie Antoinette accidentally stepped on the executioner's foot. She apologized!
