The AP reports the 57-year-old entered a guilty plea to a harassment charge in Buffalo City Court hours before his non-jury trial was to begin December 20.

Lee was accused of making lewd comments and rubbing the shoulders of a 19-year-old male hotel shuttle driver in Buffalo while attending the NHL's pre-draft combine in May.

Lee served a night in jail and was ordered to pay a $120 surcharge under the plea.

According to the report, Lee was suspended by the Senators and resigned in August.  He spent 23 years with the team, including the past five years as Assistant General Manager and as GM of the American Hockey League Ottawa affiliate.

The Senators ended their affiliation with Binghamton in 2017 and the team became the AHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils.

The Binghamton Senators website posting from the last season in Broome County lists Lee as the General Manager.
