Was it 18 years ago we started this food drive? Maybe 19. I forget things as I get older. Doesn't matter. It's time again for our annual Food-A-Bago Food Drive for Broome County CHOW.

The need for assistance is always there, and that's why it's important that we do what we can, with your help of course, to assist families in Broome County. This year, as we have been for the past several years, are set up in a Hillcrest RV camper in the parking lot of the Weis Food Market, 1290 Upper Front Street Binghamton.

Whale personalities along with our sister radio station staff are in the camper to accept your non-perishable food items now through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm, and finally on Monday November 12th from 6 am to 10 am.

You can also drop off your donations after hours, or if you are in a hurry, at CHOW barrels located next to the camper, and f you are near Gary's U Pull-it on Colesville Road, Binghamton, they have a barrel set up there for your convenience.

We have a complete list of the type of non-perishable items Broome County CHOW is looking for at the camper, in case you want a better idea of what to donate. Things like cereals, canned foods, dry foods, peanut butter, baby food, etc.

If you can only donate one item, that's fine! Every food item is gladly welcome. If you want to be a part of the grocery cart challenge, we can tell you how to do that. Stop in and chat with us? We could us the company along with your non-perishable food item.

Let's break last year's record of just under seven tons of food. We also take cash and checks - made out to Music For The Mission. As always, we thank you for your donation!
