6th Annual Touch a Truck 2017 at Health & Human Services Building,1062 State Route 38, Owego, NY 13827. Touch a Truck is an interactive- one day event which allows children to see, touch, and explore their favorite big trucks and vehicles as well as to meet the personnel who protect, serve, and build the community. Vehicles on display may include construction trucks (NYSDOT Bridge Truck and Plow Truck, Home Central, Irons Trucking, New York State Police, Owego Police Department, Tioga County Sherriff,Snowmobile CLub, Local Fire Departments,Rescue Boat, Air one HELICOPTER- Weather dependent) and many more! Car seat safety check and Child Id. This event is to raise funds for the Family Resource Centers of Tioga County, a program of Cornell Cooperative Extension. The vision of the Family Resource Centers of Tioga County is that all children will be raised in nurturing and resilient families within safe and supportive communities.
