Come to the Bicycle Helmet Giveaway at Oakdale Mall from 11am - 1pm on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Get your child fitted for a FREE helmet while supplies last and pick up some safety tips. The Helmet Giveaway is part of the Kohl's Cares Helmet Safety Program in partnership with Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital and the Upstate Foundation.
