Eric Singer Celebrates 57 Years On Planet Earth [VIDEO]

Drumming must have been in his blood from the beginning. Eric Singer began playing when he was a just a youngster.

Music runs in the family, since his dad was a Big Band Leader. Obviously he did well during the learning process. Eric's first gig was with Lita Ford in the early 1980s, and played has also drums for Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Gary Moore and others.

Eric hails from Cleveland, Ohio as Eric Doyle Mensinger, May 12th, 1958. He has drummed on at least 75 albums over a long successful career. In late 1991, Eric joined Kiss as their drummer after cancer took the life of Eric Carr in November of that year. He's proven to be a popular rock drummer, even working with Brian May from Queen.
