Eclectic Rock Pick of the Week: Soundgarden
Soundgarden was formed in 1984 in Seattle with Chris Cornell singing lead and being the most well-known member of the band. They gained popularity via their songs, “Black Hole Sun,” which is featured below and “Spoonman.” They have six studio albums to date. Soundgarden was the first grunge band to be signed to a major label and are labeled as contributing immensely to the emergence of the grunge genre.
