Eclectic Rock Pick of the Week: Arctic Monkeys

Arctic Monkeys is an indie rock band from the UK, forming in 2002. To date, they have 3 studio albums and one live album. The band gained popularity online and has a slight punk feel on some of their songs.

Oddly enough, I find the band is not well known in the United States but is huge in Great Britain. They have won five Brit awards and won Best British Rock Group twice. their debut album, 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' is to date, the fastest selling debut album in British history.
