Drink of the Week: Pumpkin and Apple Cider Cocktail

I absolutely love anything to do with Halloween, and of course that includes drinks. This drink sounds like the perfect mix of apple and pumpkin. Can’t wait to try it this weekend! Stay tuned for more Halloween related drinks!

Pumpkin and Apple Cider Cocktail

Recipe by Serious Eats

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 11/2 ozs pumpkin (purée)
  • 11/2 ozs vanilla vodka
  • 2 ozs apple cider
  • 11/2 ozs ginger ale (spicy, such as Bruce Cost)

Procedures

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the pumpkin purée, vodka, and apple cider. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale.
