The New York Knicks have added more talent to their roster in preparation for the 2015-16 NBA season, so I thought I'd get you up-to-date.

On the heels of the NBA Draft, in which the Knicks selected Latvia power forward 7' 1" Kristaps Porzingis as the number four pick in the draft, along with Notre Dame stand out guard Jerian Grant, the free agency game has begun.

Phil Jackson and his staff have made some big changes already with acquiring center Robin Lopez, forward Derrick Williams, and another big man forward/center Kyle O'Quinn.

I have said all along the Knicks need some big men. They got killed in the paint last year and these guys can make a big difference on both offense and defense.

I am a big fan of Brook Lopez, and I know his brother Robin plays a lot like him, he can shoot and defend.

The Knicks have also signed Guard Arron Affalo, and re-signed Lance Thomas.

All of these players will help Carmelo Anthony in making this team highly competitive.

I'm sure Phil had a few more cards to show before the season starts.

I'm excited and hopeful we'll have a fun season! Go Knicks!
