So the New York Football Giants are 4 and 0 in preseason, so why are fans so worried?

Maybe because most of the points came from the 2nd and 3rd squads complete with back up quarterbacks.

The big problem the starting offensive line is not giving Eli Manning anytime to pass and now with the latest injury to guard Geoff Schwartz, (dislocated toe will be out indefinite) it’s not looking good.

The Giants did manage one good drive with 2 minutes left in the first half against the Jets last Friday, and if you watch the highlights, they had Eli roll out to buy him some time, but that’s not going to be a fix, defenses will adjust to that, and when a QB rolls out it limits his receivers and creates a better chance for an interception, something we witnessed many times last season.

I have heard a lot of Eli bashing over the pre season, but I will go back to what I said before, the offensive line is not giving him enough time to allow the play to develop and find a receiver, AND some of these guys need to grow a pair of hands and actually catch the ball too.

The G men will host the Patriots in the final pre season game tonight, catch the entire game starting with the pre game show on 99.1 The Whale.
