Today, most individuals have several logins and passwords for various services, how are we expected to choose and remember so many different combinations?

Technology continues to move forward and since the mid 1990’s most of us have had internet service in our homes and workplaces. E-mail was one of the first consumer vessels for communicating with others and it was the beginnings of logins and passwords.

The big thing to remember is what types of passwords you should not be using.
Passwords like ‘password’ or ‘123456’ are just asking to get hacked, you should never use passwords that are easy for others to figure out. like your birthday, street address, pets, etc.

The experts say you should also regularly change your password. Another suggestion comes from security guru, Bruce Schneier, who suggests you turn a sentence into a password. For example, ‘Little Miss Muffet Sat on a Tuffet’ would be ‘LmmsoaTuffet’.

Try to make your passwords something you can remember easily, but others wouldn’t guess, and good luck!

And yes the video below expresses how I feel at times, see if you can relate.
