Inspired by a melody Robert Plant and Jimmy Page heard while traveling in Bombay, it was Led Zeppelin's first track to be released as a single for radio airplay in March of 1973.

Many cover bands performed the song throughout the years

In March of 1995 the song was recorded by Stone Temple Pilots, and featured on a Led Zeppelin tribute album called 'Encomium: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin'

It reached number 3 on the album rock tracks chart and number 11 on active rocks chart.

Here's this week’s 'Got Ya Covered' Video is Stone Temple Pilot’s version of the Led Zeppelin Classic ‘Dancing Days”
