This tune was written by the legendary songwriting duo Gerry Goffin and Carol King. The original version was then recorded by Little Eva, and hit number one on the Billboard US charts in 1962. Can you guess what it is?

The song has been covered by many artists of all genre's including Grand Funk Railroad who released a cover single from their 1974 album Shinin' On.

Many radio stations played an edited version that removed a heavily distorted guitar solo, but I'm proud to report 99.1 The Whale left the solo in.
