Doug’s Got Ya Covered Video of the Week [VIDEO]

Well, it happened and we let it happen. So says Family Guy's, Peter Griffin, in a cut-away scene during an episode.

Martha and The Vandellas released the original hit in 1964 and it has gone on to be performed and recorded by many artists throughout the years, including, The Grateful Dead, Black Oak Arkansas, Van Halen.

In 1985, David Bowie and Mick Jagger were going to perform it via satellite from two different locations as part of a Live Aid Charity event, but neither wanted to mime their  performance so they didn't perform it.

Later that year, they recorded the duet and an accompanying video. Why this video? We may never know, but here it is anyway! Enjoy my 'Got Ya Covered' video of the week, "Dancing In the Streets".
