In addition to being a Radio DJ, or as we prefer these days, Radio Personality, I am a Mobile DJ.
As a "MDJ", over the years, I have encountered many strange/annoying situations when someone comes up to request a song or just make an outlandish comment.
Most of the time, it's because the alcohol has kicked in, or the person feels the need to assume the position of party expert and impart some sage advice to make the party just that more entertaining, even thought the dance floor is packed with happy, satisfied people.

Buzzfeed.com has an article  "12 Ways To Annoy a DJ" that I think is hilarious.
If you're a DJ, you'll appreciate it, and if not, I imagine you too will understand our pain.

Warning - Some of the "12 ways" contains vulgar language/words.
