This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the 55th annual July Fest took place on Court St and State St. in Downtown Binghamton.

Friday was nice during the day, then rained like hell in the afternoon for a little while. Saturday was the Parlor City 5K Race. I was there broadcasting live from ten till noon. Sunday the festivities came to an end.

After I was done with the Whale Stop, I walked around with my wife. We had lunch from a few of the vendors and enjoyed a few drinks, while enjoying the live music. There were bands playing all weekend long at the free event.

While I was doing my broadcast, my wife did some shopping from some of the booths. I picked up a cool shirt about the Endwell Motel. I should have taken a picture of it for my blog, but I didn't. There was a tent full of Binghamton themed T-shirts. From the Pierogi Capitol of the World, to the Carousel Capital of the World, to the Twilight Zone and to the Binghamton Rain Festival, this tent had some pretty funny shirts. My wife got the rain festival one.

It was the first time I was at July Fest in years. I'll definitely be going back again next year.
