Saturday, The Binghamton Devils held an open house at the Floyd L Maine's Veterans Memorial Arena. They unveiled their new logos and their new jerseys. They had two former stars from the New Jersey Devils in town to talk about the partnership between the Binghamton Devils and the New Jersey Devils. Hall of Fame Member Ken Daneyko was in town along with Sergei Brylin were in town to talk about the five year contract between New Jersey and Binghamton.

When I first saw the logo Saturday night I thought to myself , "God that's ugly". Looking at it again today with an open mind, I don't think it's as bad as I first thought it was. I was kind of hoping that they just went with the B with a Devil's Tail coming out of the bottom of it, but instead, they have the devil's head with a helmet on it. To be honest with you, when I first saw the Binghamton Senators logo, the cartoon character of the senator, I thought that was pretty pathetic as well. But as time went on I learned to live with it and thought, well it's really just a logo and it's the players that count.

The Devils home debut in their inaugural season is Saturday October 7th VS The Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The Belleville Senators, the former Binghamton Senators, will make their first trip to Binghamton on Saturday Dec. 16th.

What do you think of the new logo?
