We were still in Myrtle for Labor Day. That week was Mustang Week in Myrtle. We saw hundreds of Ford Mustangs while we were there. We didn't do much that day. We woke up, had breakfast and then went out to play mini golf. Then we went to lunch and returned back home to the timeshare. We hung out there for a while and then took showers and went out for dinner at a restaurant we never went to before. The food it was really good and the restaurant had a very unique name, it was called "Brother Shuckers". After dinner, we went back to Broadway at the Beach and walked around there for a while before returning home.

Tuesday morning we were up and out of the house by 6:30. We went down to the beach to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Check out the pictures below. As beautiful as the pictures are they still don't do the skies justice that morning. We also got a picture of a monkey that washed up on shore. (see the picture below) Afterward, we went out for breakfast and then made our way to Barefoot Landing to go out on speedboats.

You can rent your own speedboat for a guided tour of the Intercoastal Waterway. We were the only two that signed up for the first run at 10 in the morning, so it was our tour guide in his boat, followed by Chris and me in our boat. We went by some huge mansions on the intercoastal. Our tour guide told us that some of the houses there cost $5,000,000. That was a lot of fun and it lasted about an hour. We walked around and went into some of the shops in at Barefoot Landing before heading off to play yet another round of Mini-Golf and then back it was back to the timeshare. Chris and I have our own mini-golf tournament every time we go to Myrtle. This year we played nine rounds. We both won three times and tied the other three. That night we went out for dinner at Joe's Crab Shack and they gave me a bib because I ordered crab legs. Check out what the bib said in the pictures below. And that was supposed to be me frowning because I agreed with what the bib said.

Wednesday morning we woke up, packed the car, and headed north to go see our friends in Wilmington, North Carolina for three days. That's where tomorrow's blog will pick up.
